We do not hold funds directly.
We are not responsible for:
- Payment delays
- Bank processing issues
- Third-party failures
5. Fees
We may charge:
- Subscription fees
- Transaction fees
Fees will be clearly disclosed before use.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the platform lawfully
- Not engage in fraud or abuse
7. Landlord Responsibilities
Landlords are responsible for:
- Ensuring legal rental agreements
- Managing tenants fairly
- Complying with South African rental laws
8. Tenant Responsibilities
Tenants are responsible for:
- Paying rent on time
- Providing accurate information
- Complying with lease agreements
9. Platform Limitation
ORCA PROPERTY:
- Is not a party to lease agreements
- Does not guarantee tenant or landlord performance
- Does not act as a financial institution
10. Liability Limitation
We are not liable for:
- Loss of rental income
- Disputes between landlords and tenants
- Payment failures caused by third parties
